Ross is one of Europe’s most successful tech entrepreneurs. He founded MuleSoft, taking it from a technical open-source project to IPO and a $6.5B acquisition by Salesforce. After a decade in Silicon Valley, Ross returned to Europe to launch DIG Ventures, where he now helps founders across product, hiring and go-to-market.

Melissa was one of MuleSoft’s early commercial hires as the company expanded to Europe. She led a sales team, worked across customer success and strategy, and experienced rapid growth through to IPO and exit. After the acquisition, Melissa joined forces with Ross to launch DIG Ventures. Today, she specialises in helping technical founders build out their go-to-market functions.

Rytis is a seasoned investor who has backed seven unicorns and one decacorn, including Personio, Matillion, and Nord Security. Before DIG Ventures, he invested at Lightspeed, Target Global, and Summit Partners, focusing on early and growth-stage companies. Earlier in his career, Rytis co-founded YPlan, which was acquired by Time Out Group in 2016.

Scott is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in the technology and media space. He co-founded and led Uproxx Media, one of the largest digital media companies in entertainment, which sold to Warner Music Group in 2018.

Ruth is the backbone of DIG Ventures, ensuring seamless operations across the firm. Ruth brings 15 years of experience in operations in Private Equity, Private Client, and Investment Banking.
